This documentary is an exclusive view into the traumatic experience one man and his family has endured after being violently arrested by police officers in the inner city of Rochester, New York. Benny Warr, a paraplegic African American man  says he was waiting for the bus was pushed out of his motorized medical scooter onto the concrete, damaging his amputated leg and causing him other trauma wrongfully by police.
